Recommended Solution

Restart power supply. Check PVG valve block harness and connectors. Verify valve block power supply is normal. Check all PVG solenoid valve LED indicators (should be green). Use 9mm wrench to manually cycle stuck valve spools. Replace PVG valve block if fault persists.
