Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Standard Shipping (Small Parts)

Small parts and components ship via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Typical delivery times:

  • East Coast: 2-3 business days
  • Midwest: 3-4 business days
  • West Coast: 4-6 business days

Expedited options (UPS 2-Day, Next Day Air) are available at checkout for time-sensitive repairs.

Freight / LTL Shipping (Heavy Items)

Heavy components such as motors, mast sections, counterweights, and complete assemblies ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carriers.

  • Freight quotes provided before order confirmation
  • Typical transit: 5-10 business days depending on destination
  • Liftgate delivery available for locations without loading docks (+$75-150)
  • Residential delivery surcharges may apply

International Shipping

We ship internationally to Canada, Mexico, and select countries. International orders are quoted individually based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Please contact us for international shipping quotes.

Shipping Damage Policy

Please inspect all packages upon delivery. If you notice visible damage to the packaging, note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing. Report any shipping damage to us within 48 hours of delivery at support@chinaliftsupply.com with photos of the damage.
