Our commitment to your satisfaction

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns on most unused, uninstalled parts within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return:

  1. Email returns@chinaliftsupply.com with your order number
  2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging
  4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items. This covers inspection, repackaging, and inventory processing costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Electrical components that have been installed or connected (controllers, sensors, switches)
  • Hydraulic components that have been filled with fluid or installed
  • Custom-ordered parts or special-order items
  • Clearance or "As-Is" items
  • Parts showing signs of installation, use, or damage

12-Month Manufacturer Warranty

All parts sold by China Lift Supply are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers:

  • Defective materials or workmanship
  • Parts that fail under normal operating conditions
  • Replacement part or store credit at our discretion

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from improper installation or misuse
  • Normal wear and tear (brake pads, seals, filters, etc.)
  • Damage from accidents, abuse, or neglect
  • Parts modified or altered from original specifications
  • Labor costs for installation or removal

Filing a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, email warranty@chinaliftsupply.com with your order number, photos of the defective part, and a description of the issue. Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days.
