The EP Equipment EPT-20-15ET is a 2-ton electric pallet truck with a modern 24V 65Ah lithium-ion battery and integrated charger. This is EP's entry into the lithium market—smaller battery capacity but faster charging and zero maintenance compared to lead-acid alternatives.
The lithium advantage: 2-hour full charge, no watering, no equalization, 3,000+ cycle lifespan. The downside? Proprietary BMS (Battery Management System) means you can't just swap in any charger. The EPT-20-15ET requires a charger that communicates with the BMS.
We stock lithium-compatible 24V chargers with CAN bus communication for the EPT series. If you're running an older lead-acid EP truck, we also carry lithium conversion kits. Upgrade path from $1,149. Cut your charging time by 70%.
